I made the "butter" with two (already cooked and cooled) rice cups, 1 mozzarrella cup, a half cup of spreaded cheeese(the powdered one,that one that you use for the spaghetti ) pepper,2 eggs and and some condiments. Mixed all,just that.

Ingredients for 20 brownies:

Cooking time : 6 to 7 minutes, MAX POWER ! ( in microwave)
2 eggs
1 sugar cup
1/2 salt tea spoon
1 vanilla extract tea spoon
1/2 melted butter cup
3/4 self rising flour cup
1/2 cocoa cup
1 chopped nuts cup

Steps:


In a bowl mix with an electric mixer the eggs , sugar salt and vanilla until you got a light butter. Add the melted butter and keep on mixing. Add the cocoa and the S-R flour (never stop mixing). Add the chopepd nuts and put the mix in a greased molde. Microwave 6 to 7 minutes(if your microwave does not turn the plate by itself,move the mold every 2 minutes). when it's ready,the top looks dry and spongy when you touch it. Let it cold ,unmold and cut in squares.

2 medium size cups of self rising flour.


Steps : Mix the lemon juice with eggs.Add sugar,lemon zest and vanilla extract. Add slowly the slifted flour while you mix. Put the mix in a greased and floured mold. Take to a 356° F(180°C) oven during 30-40 minutes,depending your oven strength.
