El Burj Dubai (برج دبي in Arabic) is a skyscraper that is located in the downtown Burj Dubai district of the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the tallest structure built by man.

The Burj Dubai building is the central part of the development known as the Downtown Burj Dubai, a complex of 2 square kilometers located along the Sheikh Zayed Road, which cuts across the city. The project architect is Adrian Smith, who worked together with the firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) until 2006. Construction of the Burj Dubai has a budget estimated at more than 4,000 million dollars, which increased to 20,000 million for the full development of the Downtown Burj Dubai.

On July 21, 2007, the sponsoring company, Emaar Properties, announced that Burj Dubai had surpassed the altitude record once held by the skyscraper Taipei 101, becoming the tallest building in the world. This record is not official yet, as the officials responsible for measuring the height of the buildings, the Council for High Buildings and Human Habitat (CTBUH) will not recognize the final height of the building until completion of the work. On 17 January 2009, the Burj Dubai reached its maximum height - 818 meters, becoming the tallest structure ever built by man, but the promoter of the building is not officially confirmed this event.


Atlantis The Palm (Dubai, EAU)

The Hotel Atlantis is a resort that is located in the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This business venture between Kerzner International Limited and Istithmar PSJC.El has an architectural design based mainly on the Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

The hotel consists of two towers linked by a bridge, and a total of approximately two thousand rooms. There are two monorail stations connecting the resort with all the main section of the Palm Jumeirah. The Atlantis hotel also includes a water park of 16 ha, a conference center and 1,858 square feet of retail space. The total cost of the resort is estimated at $1,200 million. It is practically identical to the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas Islands of the Caribbean Sea. It opened on November 20, 2008 with a party costing approximately $20 million in which more than 2,000 guests attended.

























Dubai, the yacht

Dubai is the name of a yacht, currently owned by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai and Prime Minister of the UAE. This vessel is 162m (524 feet, 10 inches) long, is the second largest yacht in the world after Eclipse.

The Dubai Towers are a proposed tower complex in Dubai, UAE. The developer, Sama Dubai, intends to create the centerpiece of the complex The Lagoons, a megaproject located on Dubai Creek which will consist of a set of seven islands. The towers have between 57 and 94 plants [1] and although the heights are not known, it is believed that the highest tower could reach 550m, while another would reach 460m, third in the 410m and height last 360m.

It also includes a cricket stadium for 25,000 spectators, a covered stadium for 10,000 spectators, a hockey stadium with a capacity for 5,000 spectators, and a golf course with 18 holes designed by Ernie Els.

Burj Al Arab

The Burj Al Arab "Arabian Tower"is a luxury hotel with a height of 321 meters, the second tallest hotel in the world (exceeded only by the Rose Rotana Hotel ) and one of the most representative hotel buildings . Located in the sea on an artificial island located 270 meters from the beach in the Persian Gulf, which is connected to the mainland by a road. The hotel is listed as seven stars, a category that goes beyond the normal classification of hotels, due to its truly outstanding features that distinguish it from any other hotel in the world. Pentominium
