She has a rather disturbing, funny expression on her face... I guess it requires a lot of concentration to jump that fast. The trick seems to be to just lift your feet high enough to get the rope under.
I'm not sure who she is or where she's from. I can't seem to find out any more information about her....
It takes me back to my childhood when we once we did a sponsored skip for charity and our entire school took part and we had to skip in intervals so that there was always a group of kids skipping throughout the day. One of the more energetic school activities. It would be a good idea for America's schools to revive this as a sport and get all those sedentary kids up and moving.
