If anyone ever offers you "The Devil's Breath" or, scientifically speaking "Scopolamine," steer clear of it. It's derived from a particular tree common to South America (a pretty nice smelling plant with white flowers) and is so intense that a person is incapable of exercising free will.
Check out this short documentary below produced by VICE who went to Colombia to find out more about the drug. They talk to various people about the effects of the drug, telling horror stories of how people were raped, forced to empty their bank accounts, and even coerced into giving up an organ. The drug supposedly turns people into complete zombies and blocks memories from forming. So even after the drug wears off, victims have no recollection as to what happened. Pretty mental the power that nature can exercise over us...
