The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is not only the most expensive car in the world, it’s also the fastest street legal car with a 0-60 acceleration of 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 267.8 miles per hour. The Super Sport takes the standard Veyron and increases horsepower from 1000 to 1200, increases torque to 1500 and adds a custom aerodynamic design that allows the super car to absolutely shatter all production car top speed records.

The Bugatti Super Sport is so fast that the manufacturers were forced to put an electronically controlled speed limit on the 16-cylinder engine because when it breaks 258 miles per hour, the tires disintegrate! The Bugatti Super Sport was first revealed at the 2010 Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach California and production of the vehicle will be kept at a strict limit of 30 cars total.
