This is the Picasso Tower a skyscraper located in Madrid (Spain). The tower was built by the same architect as the World Trade Center, so the resemblance. The architect was Minoru Yamasaki. It measures 157 meters
History
Designed in 1974, construction did not begin until late 1982, and was opened in December 1988. Since then, this has been the tallest building in Madrid, beating the Tower of London, but it was no longer for the building of the four towers of the CTBA. (250 meters)
