Folk/Indie Music Lovers you will thoroughly enjoy Hip Hatchet. I was really impressed with the way the first funny video, "Coward's Luck", was made and I think you will appreciate the humor also!

Hip Hatchet is a Portland based folk project lead by Philippe Bronchtein. The songs on the group’s most recent release, Coward’s Luck EP, were recorded in single takes, all-in-all taking one day to complete. They’re really raw cuts. Vocally and lyrically, only being accompanied by two acoustic guitars, you are given the opportunity to take a step closer to the stage and shake hands with Bronchtein the songwriter. It’s how folk music was meant to be played and heard, just the artist, their words and acoustic guitar.
