Everyone has a favorite happy song that they like to listen to over and over again. One of my all time faves is Let Go by Frou Frou (British electro duo). It's just one of those touching, feel good, chilled songs that you can listen to over and over again and never tire of. It's also the soundtrack to the 2004 movie Garden State, one of my all time favorite movies, starring Zach Braff and Natalie Portman, which, likewise, is one of those feel good movies that you can watch over and over again. Well it starts out kind of depressing but it ends well (and no, boys, it's not just a chick flick, you might like it too). Zach Braff (of Scrubs fame) also wrote and directed it.

The group Frou Frou is made up of Imogen Heap and Guy Sigsworth. Unfortunately they only made one album, Details, and then went their separate ways.
