The guy's name is David Armand and he's an English comedian. He rose to fame for his mime style interpretive dance which started with Natalie Imbruglia's Torn:
He performs the dances under the guise of Austrian dance artist Johann Lippowitz. His performances are sometimes, rightly or wrongly, referred to as "Karaoke for the Deaf" or "Karaoke for the Hearing Impaired". His rendition of Torn made him so famous that he actually got to perform on state with Natalie Imbruglia herself at the 2006 Secret Policeman's Ball or Amnesty International. Check it out below:
great "dance" it was actually really funny when it started repeating "Don't Stop Me" This guy probably gets a lot of girls on the dancefloor like this no?
