You can't beat a bit of dumb American humor when you're down and this is one of my favorite scenes from the cult movie classic Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny; the one where Jack Black goes on an adventure with Sasquatch.

The whole movie is a very silly American comedy/rock musical set in the 1990s, starring Tenacious D the American satirical rock duo made up of Jack Black and Kyle Gass. The plot is a little off the wall but if you like stupid humor, it's essentially got everything you could want in a movie, from glowing (juicy) mushrooms to a strawberry river, flying rainbow horse, the devil, ex-rockers, pizza men.... standard movie ingredients.
