There was a time back in the 19th century when bearded ladies were a popular phenomenon particularly on the circus scene. Nowadays a beard on a woman is a bit of a social stigma and no woman with a beard, or indeed any serious bodily hair, would have a hope in hell of making it into the limelight.



Ever wondered what the world's biggest female celebrities would look like with a big beard and a nice bit of chest fluff? Well some Photoshop wizards out there have devoted time to adorning these women with lots of untamed man hair. Some of them are quite disturbing. I don't know if I can ever look at Keira Knightley in the same way again but I don't really like her anyway.

In fact I had a hard time determining who some of these women are disguised behind the thick facial hair. 10 points goes to anyone who can name them all.
