You'll need:
Balloons (one is enough, chose the size and shape according to the piñata you'd like to make)
Old Newspapers
white vinyl glue
scissors
acrylics
water


inflate the balloon to the size your looking for and tie it



make strips out of the newspaper sheets. mix same amount of vinyl glue with water.



spread the trips with the water-glue mix and stick them into the balloon's surface as if you were putting a band, overlapping edges. let it dry and repeat the operation 3 or 4 times.



Click the balloon and cut a tiny hole to fill and have a hook for hanging (taped on the inside), place the candy, confetti and surprises, glue strips of paper again to close the hole. let it dry and then paint it as you like.
