Disable Windows 8 Metro interface with MetroController


One of the main novelties of the Windows 8 is the Metro interface, but many users do not like the new interface and are looking for a way to disable it. MetroController program is a tool that allows you to disable the interface Metro and all the new features of Windows 8 with just one click.




MetroController offers two options, first disable all the new features of Windows 8 and the second disables the Windows interface Metro 8, but let’s Ribbon menu of Windows Explorer.

Its use is very simple. All you need do is run MetroController.exe and select one of the options available. Then it prompts you to restart Windows to apply the changes.

Once Windows 8 restarts, the Metro interface will no longer be displayed and you have an area of work very similar to the Windows 7, including the good old Windows Classic Start Menu.

MetroController can also be used to reverse the changes. If you run it after making the changes, instead of to disable options, you will have options to enable features disabled.
