Hi Socialphy! I'm sure you have heard about #weekendchallenges which get announced every Friday morning. I want to share my weekend challenge post which is about one of my favorite hobbies: creating Mandala art work. This Mandala is not a very traditional Mandala since it does not have a completely circular shape and was made with by collage (pasting together wrapping paper and other old scraps.)

In order to make the Mandala, I scanned it into the computer and with basic iPhoto techology I added a few effects. This was the final product!

I was very proud that my Mandala teacher invited me to show my work at her gallery opening at a local museum. Check out how wonderful the space looked on that day!
