Jean-Marc Côté and other artists had the bright idea to create a series of futuristic pictures in the year 1899, 1900, 1901, and 1910.

The idea: to predict what France would be like in the year 2000 and depict images on postcards, cigarette boxes, and paper cards. These cards were displayed in the World Exhibition in Paris in 1900.





































































Pretty out there huh? But then again, what would you picture in 2100?
