CROWNED PENNE
(with Cucumber and Tomato)

Ingredients:
• 1/2 lb Penne Rigate
• 2 Chicken Breast
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Tomato
• Some Cream Cheese
• Some mustard
• 1/2 Lemon
• Butter
• Salt and pepper
Heat some water
Dice the tomato
Cut the cucumber in strips
Add cream cheese, salt and pepper
When boiling, add the pasta
Dice the chicken breasts and sauté on a non-stick pan
Add lemon juice, cream cheese, and mustard
Strain the pasta
Add butter to the pan, the pasta and stir for 30 seconds
Plate the dish with the cucumber-tomato mix on top
...and bon appetit!!!
