AVEC ERIC: Tomatoes Provençal Recipe


I love this guy's cuisine, always so simple and easy to prepare. I strongly recomend you guys try it out... soo tasty!! This dish is a great side dish for a juicy piece of medium rare beef or a grilled snapper. Enjoy!

Provençal (herbs d' Provence)

Thyme
Rosemary
Oregano
Lavander (sometimes)
Fennel seeds

Don't forget:

If you Slice tomatoes cooking time reduces (8 min.).
Seasoning most important thing when cooking.
Garlic at the end (if not you'll burn it).
