I wanna is the informal way to say I want to (I wanna sleep = I want to sleep)
When you write "I want to" is recommended.
Thenk you!
About your other question:

I've got is the same than I have, I own, I possess (I've got a car = I have a car)
I got is the past tense of to get, to obtain (I went to the store and I got a gallon of milk = I purchased a gallon of milk)
I hope it's clear enough
I think Ale left everything perfectly clear hehe if you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask
nice job Ale+5
Thanks
Thank you AleCanaya
