Hello, I'm noob.

I'm learning English, it's my third year learning this language, and i've got some doubts.

What's the difference between " I wanna " and " I want" , and What's the difference between " I've got" and " I got"

I wanna is the informal way to say I want to (I wanna sleep = I want to sleep)

When you write "I want to" is recommended.

About your other question:

I've got is the same than I have, I own, I possess (I've got a car = I have a car)

I got is the past tense of to get, to obtain (I went to the store and I got a gallon of milk = I purchased a gallon of milk)

I hope it's clear enough
