  • 1) Cotolleta alla milanese (breaded steak) with double cream or mozzarella cheese on top (alla napoletana) and mashed potatoes 2) BBQ with sausages, grilled small intestines, sweetbreads, kidneys and some grilled onions and red bell peppers... and a grilled piece of provolone cheese too 3) Any kind of pasta with lots of grated cheese (mmm, parmesan) 4) Pizza with a lot of melted cheese on top 5) Cheeseburger Hey, did I say I like cheese? :)
